What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5pm. We’ve added an array of activities for you to enjoy before the main show begins!
What time does the drone show start?
Drones take flight at 8:30pm
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Yes, Space Safari is suitable for dogs! There is a designated area specifically for dogs where the audio volume will be low. However they must be kept on a lead and we encourage you to consider your dog’s comfort. Please bring your dogs at your own discretion.
How many drones are used in the show?
Our spectacular display features 600 drones, creating a mesmerising visual experience.
Will the show be narrated?
Yes, the Space Safari show will be narrated, enhancing the storytelling and overall experience.
Is there a boat service to the event?
Yes, a boat service runs every 15 minutes from Windsor Promenade to the event location.
Are carers eligible for free entry?
Yes, carers can attend for free, but they must provide valid ID at the entrance.
Are there front-row seats available?
Yes, there are a limited number of front-row seats available. We recommend booking early to secure your spot!
Is the event accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, Space Safari is an open-air, standing event, and we have ensured that there is disability access throughout the venue.
What type of event is Space Safari?
Space Safari is an open-air, standing event. We encourage comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear to fully enjoy the experience.
Are there any additional services or amenities available?
In addition to the drone show; guests can enjoy food, fairground rides, and other concessions on-site. These are not included in the ticket price.
What footwear should I wear?
Some areas of the site are on grass so we advise that you wear appropriate footwear and consider the weather.
What does the VIP package include?
Enjoy exclusive access to our raised seating area with a balcony view for the drone light show. Includes a welcome drink on arrival and delicious canapés served throughout the event for a truly elevated experience.
Can I get a refund or change my ticket type?
We operate a strict no refund policy, however we have an official ticket reselling partner called Tixel where you can safely sell your tickets if you wish. Ticket type transfers are possible if there is availability and there may be a cost depending on the tickets.
Will the event go ahead if there is adverse weather?
In the event of adverse weather conditions there is a possibility that the event will be postponed to a later date. All attendees will be informed via email or SMS messaging.
Can I park at the venue?
Parking is available at Royal Windsor Racecourse for a small fee of £2.99 per car and can be purchased through Eventbrite add ons.
Do you do NHS or Blue light discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on Blue light cards. Please use code BL10 to redeem you discount. ID’s will be checked at the door,
